Percheron is the first instrument I’ve built in Native Instruments Reaktor. It’s basic but solid, and has about 20 patches included. I used many core nodes in it’s construction. You can download it from the NI Reaktor User Library. If you do, I would love to hear your feedback!

– 3 Oscillators (two variable saw/tri/sine, one pulse)
– 3 LFOs
– Delay and Chorus
– 3 Filters (Lowpass 4p, Lowpass 2p, BP)
– AHDSR filters for both Cutoff and Resonance
Nice! I'm really keen to buy Reaktor and start cooking up some instruments. Truth be told though, I'm a little apprehensive – I've heard that thing can be a massive time sink.
Ha! Yeah, enough of a time sink that it takes forever to replay to posts! hehe Seriously though, it's pretty fast to work with after the initial learning curve. Really deep, but still really accessible.
